For Safehouse Tech, I designed user lifecycle journeys across multiple geographies including India, Germany, Israel, and Thailand. The challenge was ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency. I leveraged omnichannel communication (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) to nurture security-conscious users, while also driving upsell of premium features. Automation frameworks allowed Safehouse to segment by behavior and geography, ensuring highly relevant customer journeys that improved activation and global retention metrics.
