At TradeSmart, a fast-scaling brokerage, I developed marketing automation across the entire user journey, from onboarding to active trading. This included designing automated KYC completion reminders, first-trade nudges, and long-term reactivation campaigns for dormant users. I also executed ad-hoc broadcasts across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring that communication aligned with live market opportunities.
