At Crowdfire, I built the entire email marketing system from the ground up—covering everything from welcome emails to payment confirmations and subscription renewals. Using Sendgrid and Mailchimp, I delivered a reliable, scalable, and automated communication system that powered user engagement across millions of users. I also designed omnichannel user acquisition campaigns to drive adoption of Crowdfire’s AI features in beta, leveraging email, in-app, push notifications, and social campaigns. Additionally, I implemented Mixpanel and Google Analytics tracking, which enabled automated lifecycle flows based on behavioral triggers, boosting retention and reducing churn.
