At the very start of Olacabs’ growth journey, I was responsible for laying the groundwork for their digital presence. I established the company’s first official social media channels on Twitter and Facebook, turning them into active engagement hubs that scaled from zero to tens of thousands of engaged followers. I designed and executed early blog content strategy to drive SEO and customer education, while also leading email campaign execution that nurtured first-time customers into repeat riders. Additionally, I built a customer support system to identify recurring issues and reduce average resolution time from several hours to just one hour, significantly improving customer satisfaction.
